These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PropertySync.pro website and the Work Order Helper software platform (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.


1. What We Do

PropertySync.pro provides software tools, including Work Order Helper, that help service providers coordinate, schedule, and manage work orders using SMS, email, and web-based tools. We do not provide labor, property management, or contracting services.


2. Who May Use the Service

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Have authority to submit any phone numbers entered

  • Have permission from any person you contact through the Service

By using our Service, you confirm that you have obtained consent from any person whose phone number you submit.


3. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to:

  • Scheduling

  • Confirmations

  • Work order updates

  • Account notifications

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

You are responsible for ensuring any third-party phone numbers you submit were provided with consent.


4. Accounts & Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, spam, or misuse.


5. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may manage or cancel your subscription through our billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.


6. Vetted Contractor Program

Participation in any vetted contractor or referral program is optional and does not guarantee work, revenue, or placement. PropertySync.pro does not act as an employer, staffing agency, or broker.


7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for missed appointments, lost revenue, or service interruptions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.


8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.


9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
